At Mason Garments, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Mason Garments shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
